野々村美芳（ののむらびほう）
書家 / アーティスト
幼少より習字を始め、筆に親しみを持つ。
高校で書道作品に出会い、墨と紙の織りなす平面芸術に魅了され、書道の道へ進むことに。
四国大学文学部書道文化学科で4年間書道に没頭、森上洋光に師事。
現在、日本習字謙美教室主宰、書家として活動をしています。
書道の古典（主に行草書）をベースに作品制作をし、柔らかく且つ、芯の通った書を得意とします。
また、英国人アーティストSiddhena Murray-Clarkから抽象画を学びました。
2020年3月には個展「Baby Step」を開催し、伝統的な書を現代的なスタイルで表現しました。
書は、文字や言葉を扱う芸術です。文字や言葉には想いが込められているもの。
その想いを大事にして、ひとつひとつの想いを作品で表現させていただきます。
また、イベントでの書道パフォーマンスの活動も行なっています。
Nonomura Biho | Japanease Calligrapher / Artist
From an early age, I developed a deep connection with calligraphy, starting with practicing brush writing as a child.
In high school, I encountered calligraphic works and was captivated by the artistic interplay of ink and paper, leading me to pursue a career in calligraphy.
I dedicated four years to intensive calligraphy studies at the Department of Calligraphy Culture, Faculty of Literature, Shikoku University, under the guidance of Yoko Morikami.
Currently, I run the Kenbi Japanese Calligraphy School and work as a professional calligrapher.
My works are rooted in classical calligraphy, primarily gyōsho (semi-cursive script) and sōsho (cursive script), expressing a balance of fluidity and strength.
Additionally, I studied abstract painting under British artist Siddhena Murray-Clark.
In March 2020, I held a solo exhibition titled Baby Step, where I presented traditional calligraphy in a contemporary style.
Calligraphy is an art form that conveys the depth and emotions behind words and characters.
I cherish these emotions and strive to express each one through my works.
I also engage in calligraphy performances at various events.
